Recreation
We apply a responsible approach towards recreation and health improvement of our employees. Our recreation facility Parma is always at their service.

Our summer camp Orlyonok works for kids of the employees and ensures high quality and developing recreation.

Company’s sports center Bumazhnik offers room for team sports, gym, swimming pool, stadium, skiing center, as well as a wide choice of sports activities.

Supporting Young Employees
We consider creation of environment for professional development and individual social support to youth as an investment into the future of Syktyvkarskiy LPK, thus we pay special attention to our young employees:

Connection between Generations
We preserve traditions and foster succession management by supporting the Veteran Council consisting of 3000 retired former employees.
The Company provides financial support to the non-working retirees (payments linked to major birthdays, to the Victory Day - for the war veterans, to the Day of the Disabled, as well as one-time payments for the length of service, and material aid in difficult life situation), health improvement in Sanatorium-Preventorium, and recreation at Company’s facility Parma.
